Important Instructions for Bidders

1. Tender Schedule and EMD DD must be purchased only by the bidder or firm concerned. These must be drawn in favour of the Executive Officer, TTD. Any DDs from others will not be accepted.
2. Tender schedules can be collected from the O/o General Manager (Auctions), Marketing Department, TTD, Hare Krishna Road, Tirupati – 517 501.
   • Cost of tender schedule: Rs.590/- (including 18% GST).
   • Payment should be made through a non-refundable Demand Draft, drawn in favour of the Executive Officer, TTD.
   • Last date to obtain tender schedule: October 6, 2025, before 1.00 pm.
3. Bidders must submit their sealed tenders with an EMD amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand only).
   • This should be paid via Demand Draft in favour of the Executive Officer, TTD, Tirupati.
   • Tender documents should reach the O/o General Manager (Auctions), Marketing Department, TTD, Opposite Kendriya Vidyalaya School, Hare Krishna Road, Tirupati – 517501 on or before October 6, 2025, at 3.00 pm.
4. The tenders will be opened the same day at 3.30 pm by the General Manager (Auctions), TTD, or any officer authorized by the Executive Officer, TTD.
