Training:
EATs will undergo six months of training with a stipend of ₹24,000 per month. After successful completion and passing of the gradation test, they will be placed in the regular pay scale.

2. Technician ‘C’ – 82 Posts

• Disciplines:
  • Electronic Mechanic – 46
  • Fitter – 26
  • Machinist – 4
  • Electrical – 6

Qualification:
Candidates should have passed SSLC + ITI + one-year apprenticeship or SSLC with three years National Apprenticeship Certificate Course.

Pay Scale:
Grade – WG-IV / CP-V
Pay Scale: ₹21,500 – ₹82,000 + admissible allowances

BEL Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria

Nationality:
The candidate must be a citizen of India.

Age Limit (as on 01.10.2025):

• Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT): 18 – 28 years
• Technician ‘C’: 18 – 28 years

Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules for SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates.
